How To Make Ube Truffle Bars
- Place the condensed milk in a medium-sized bowl and microwave for 30 seconds until warm
- Add the ube powder to the warm condensed milk and mix thoroughly until well combined.
- Line a 4″x4″ pan with cling wrap, then pour the ube mixture into the pan. Wrap it completely with the cling wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set.
- Once set, dust your chopping board with ube powder and carefully transfer the chilled ube mixture onto the board.
- Dust the top of the ube truffle with more ube powder. Then, using a sharp knife, slice the mixture into squares.

- Add the 150g ube powder to the warm condensed milk and mix thoroughly until well combined. If using ube extract, add it now.
