- 1 box 15.25 oz Betty Crocker Red Velvet Cake Mix (or other brand)
- 2 pcs eggs, large room temperature
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- ¾ cup white chocolate chips optional

Preheat the oven to 350°F and line your baking pan with parchment paper. Leave some parchment hanging over the edges of the pan to easily remove the brownies from the pan later.
In a large bowl, add all your ingredients except for the while chocolate chips. Mix until just combined.
Fold-in your white chocolate chips.
Transfer your brownies mixture in your prepared baking pan and bake for 18-22 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the pan comes out with moist crumbs. Be careful not to overbake; the brownies will continue to bake while cooling in the pan.
